PepMinerva
A literature-mining agent that connects peptide activity records to their source evidence.
PHARMACY · COMPUTATION · RESEARCH SOFTWARE
My doctoral research focuses on developing machine-learning methods and research tools for therapeutic peptides, bringing together literature evidence, traceable data and molecular representations. My work combines computational research with full-stack software development.
Expected PhD completion June 2027
01 / Research
From finding evidence in papers to organising peptide data and building predictive tools.

A literature-mining agent that connects peptide activity records to their source evidence.

A therapeutic peptide database connecting records, activity observations and source provenance.

A bimodal predictor for DPP-IV inhibitory peptides, accompanied by a research web service.
02 / RESEARCH + ENGINEERING
Beyond model development, I build the interfaces, APIs and computing workflows that make research accessible. I have three years of experience administering laboratory computing infrastructure and managing more than 20 research websites and services.
